It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 24453-24458/2016 @ CC Nos. 14231-14236/2016 filed against Annexure P-5 herein was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.08.2016 alongwith main matter i.e. SLP (C) Nos. 24449-24450/2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 12.08.2016 is enclosed herewith and the same is noted for listing before the Hon'ble Court on 26.09.2016 as per Computer Data.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
