It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.05.2015 and final order dated 29.01.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in CWP No. 5605/2015 and Review Petition No. 34/2016 in CWP No. 5605/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 315 and 69 days respectively) (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-2) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 23243/2016 @ SLP (C) CC No. 11666/2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before Hon'ble Court on 05.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 05.08.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 15.07.2016, counsel for the petitioner has on 27.07.2016 filed requisite copy of order dated 28.10.2013 and 06.09.2013 and the same is being circulated herewith.

SLP (C) CC NOS. 14055-14056/2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 15.05.2015 and final order dated 29.01.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in CWP No. 4808/2015 and Review Petition No. 28/2016 in CWP No. 4808/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 328 and 69 days respectively) (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-2) and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order (unregistered) and the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 25.07.2016, counsel for the petitioner has on 28.07.2016 filed requisite copy of required documents and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

SLP (C) CC NOS. 14231-14236/2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 05.03.2015 and final order dated 29.01.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) Nos. 388, 394 & 972/2015 and Review Petition No. 31/2016 in WP(C) No. 388/2015, Review Petition no. 33/2016 in WP(C) No. 394/2015 and Review Petition No. 36 in WP (C) No. 972/2015 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 399 and 69 days respectively) (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-6) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 13463-13464/2016 arising out of common order is pending before Hon'ble Court and the same is noted for listing on 12.08.2016 as per computer data.

It is further submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 22.07.2016, counsel for the petitioner has on 29.07.2016 filed requisite copy of orders and the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of common order.
