The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.09.2016 with office report dated 19.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"As requested, list the matter on 26th September, 2016."

It is submitted that in view of the letter dated 03.08.2016 circulated before the Hon'ble Court on 03.08.2016, counsel for the petitioners has on 17.08.2016 filed application for substitution for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.2 namely Mr. Shama, alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.2 and setting aside the abatement. It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 19.09.2016 filed Vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of proposed Lrs. Of deceased Petitoner no. 2. Now, the applications have been registered as I.A Nos. 7 , 8 and 9 respectively,

It is submitted that counsel for the petitoners has also on 17.08.2016 filed and application for placing on record additional Grounds and the same has been registered as I.A No. 6.

Copies of all the applications have been included in the paperbooks for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that Mr. Shailesh Madiyal, counsel for the petitioners has on 23.09.2016 again again filed the following applications:

• 1. Application for binging on record LRS of deceased Petitioner No.2.
• 2. Application for condonation of delay in filing application for binging on record Lrs of Deceased Petitioner No.2.
• 3. Application for setting Aside the abatement in respect of Petitioner No.2.

It may be mentioned here that the above applications have already been filed on 17.08.2016 supported by an affidavit of Petitioner No.1 whereas the instant applications filed again are supported by an affidavit of Petitioner No.4. The said unregistered applications filed now are also being circulated with this office report.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents.

The matter above mentioned alongwith applications is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
