Respondent nos. 12, 16 and 17 have failed to file the counter affidavit despite last opportunity.

Learned counsel for petitioner has already filed affidavit mentioning that Lrs. of deceased respondent nos. 2 and 22 are already on record. However, Lrs. are appearing in the petition in their individual capacity and not impleaded as Lrs. Two weeks time, is granted to learned counsel for petitioner to file formal IA for substitution in this regard.
