Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos. 12, 16 and 17 to file counter affidavit.

As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent nos. 2 and 22.

As fas as respondent no. 22 is concerned, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Lrs. of the said respondent are already on record and affidavit to this effect has eady been filed, which is so mentioned in the office report as $\overline{\texttt{we}}$ ll. However, he further submitted that he has also filed an affidavit earlier with respect to deceased respondent $no.2$ mentioning that the Lrs. of said respondents are also already respondents in the present petition. However, the office report does not reflect the same. Registry to verify the same and report on the next date of hearing.

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of other respondents.

List again on 11.08.2022.
