UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Application for exemption from filing c/c of
the impugned judgment is allowed.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that in the conspectus of the order dated 09.04.2021 and 11.03.2022 the matter may be referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to work out a feasible arrangement for settlement.
We accordingly refer the matter to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties will initially join virtually.
Learned Mediator wil endeavour to conclude the mediation within a period of two months from the first date of sitting.
The parties will appear initially on 22.05.2023 at 2 p.m.
In the meantime, the parties will stay their hands in different proceedings.
Liberty to the Mediator to issue notice to any of the parties to facilitate a settlement.
