UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. By filing this petition under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC), the petitioner-wife seeks transfer of divorce suit instituted by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, being H.M.A. No. 946/2022 titled "Sh. Sandeep Paidi vs. Ms. M. Manasa", from the Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to the Family Court/Court of competent jurisdiction at Eluru, District - West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, on the grounds urged therein.

2. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
