By order dated 14.10.2015, learned Chamber Judge had granted two weeks' time to the counsel for the appellants to comply with the office report.
It was further directed that the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court in case of any default in compliance with the order. The counsel for the appellants points out that the compliance has been effected, though delayed by two days.
In the circumstances, the delay in compliance is condoned.
The dismissal order for non-prosecution is recalled and the matter is restored to its file.
