1. These Transfer Petitions are filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Order XXXVI-B of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966, for transfer of M.C. No. 121 of 2014, titled as "Mr. Mohan vs. Smt. Nancy", pending before the Family Court, Dharwad, Hubli and Guardian Petition No. 15 of 2012 titled as "Mohan Joseph S/O Malcolm Joseph Pinto vs. Smt. Nancy Agnes w/o Mohan Joseph Pinto pending before the Court of Principal District Judge, Dharwad, Hubli to the District Court, Sangli, Maharashtra.
2. During the pendency of these transfer petitions, by our order dated 14.11.2014 we had directed the parties to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre in order to explore the possibility to reach at an amicable settlement.

3. We are informed that the Ld. Mediator is successful in bringing the parties to an amicable settlement. Accordingly, the Ld. Mediator has sent a report along with the Settlement Agreement, dated 17th January, 2015, signed by both the parties, which is taken on record and would form part of the decree.
4.In view of the Settlement Agreement between the parties, we are of the opinion, that nothing survives in these Transfer Petitions for our consideration and decision. Accordingly, the Transfer Petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous.
5.However, we direct both the parties to adhere to all the terms and conditions envisaged in the Settlement Agreement.
Ordered accordingly.
