UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have perused the affidavit filed by the second respondent No.2-Administrator.

The learned counsel appearing for the Planning Authority states that condition No.(ii) in the letter dated 9th January, 2024 has not been incorporated while sanctioning the plan. In view of this statement, there is no question of Administrator complying with condition No.(ii).

However, condition No.(vii) will have to be complied with by the Administrator. We direct the second respondent-Administrator to file an affidavit setting out the outer limit within which the temple will be shifted. The affidavit shall be filed within a period of three weeks from today.

For considering the affidavit, list on 15th April, 2024.

In the meanwhile, all preparations be made for construction of the towers in terms of the permission.
