UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It is not in dispute that now the Municipal Corporation has sanctioned the building plan. The Administrator is represented before this Court. Now, the question is of complying with the conditions incorporated in the letter dated 9th January, 2024 addressed by the Municipal Corporation to the Administrator.

We direct the Administrator to file an affidavit on the issue of compliance with the conditions incorporated in the aforesaid letter. The affidavit shall be filed within a period of three weeks from today.

We permit the petitioner to amend the cause title for correcting the name of the Administrator.

List on 11th March, 2024.
