UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 - Administrator is as vague as possible which does not set out any time limit for compliance with the orders of this Court. The affidavit is contrary to what we have observed in orders dated 11th March, 2024 and 15th April, 2024.
We grant time of three weeks to the Administrator to file a better affidavit. If there is any resistance by any member to the compliance of the direction of this Court, while filing the affidavit, the names and other particulars of such members shall be furnished by the Administrator. We grant time of three weeks to do so.
