The petitioner is said to have been involved in the case, Crime NO.58 of 2017, under Sections 399 and 402 I.P.C. and Sections 27 and 30 of the Arms Act. In the Crime No.58 of 2017, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 19th February, 2017, on which date, the petitioner was admittedly in custody in connection with Crime No.42 of 2017.
