The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on

The office report indicates that although vide order dated 19.9.2014 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber three weeks' time was given to the Ld. Counsel for the appellants for filing copies of the petition of appeal for NLPA, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, all the matters numbered above shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter. xxxxxxxxxx."

It is submitted that counsel was requested to furnish fresh address of Respondent No. 2 vide Ld. Registrar order dated 25.06.2015 but he has not done the needful hence Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal could not be issued. Service is incomplete on Respondent No. 2.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 9009 OF 2014

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the Appellants has on

27.07.2015 filed copy of the petition of appeal (Barred by time by 290 days), with the result Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal could not be issued to Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 9211 OF 2014

It is submitted that sole Respondent expired as per per certificate of service received from the High Court Mr. John Mathew, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of proposed Lrs. of deceased sole Respondent but No application for substitution has been filed by counsel for Appellant so far.

Service is not complete.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 9217 OF 2014

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Certificate of service in respect of all three Respondents received from High Court with postal remarks "Insufficient address".

It is further submitted that counsel for the Appellants has on 27.07.2015 filed copy of the petition of appeal (Barred by time by 290 days) but has not furnished fresh address of said Respondents, with the result Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal could not be issued to Respondents.

Service is incomplete on all Respondents.

The office report for direction in the matters above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.
