The SLP(C) Nos. 15006, 16648 and 16727 of 2015 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.06.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Appointments, if any, made in the meanwhile will be subject to the result of these petitions.

Post these SLPs on 12th August, 2015." SLP(C) No. 15006/2015

Accordingly show cause notice was issued on 02.07.2015 to all Fourteen respondents by registered AD post. Mr. Arun K. Sinha, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1214. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice from respondent nos.111 have been received back, so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 24.07.2015 filed spare copies and accordingly show cause notice was issued on 31.07.2015 to all the NightyEight respondents. Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate has on 10.08.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.12(State of Bihar). Service of show cause notice in respect of remaining respondents is yet awaited.

SLP(C) No. 16727/2015

There are FortyTwo respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has on 15.06.2015 filed only one spare

copy but he has not filed remaining Fortyone spare copies despite Registry's letter dated 30.06.2015. Hence, show cause notice to all Fortytwo respondents could not be issued.

SLP(C) No. 21854/2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice through Speed Post. Appointments, if any, made in the meanwhile will be subject to the result of this petition. Tag with SLP(C) 15006 of 2015."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued on 04.08.2015 to all Nine respondents by Speed Post and as per tracking report Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 7, 8 and 9 have been served. Service of remaining respondents is still awaited.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with with this Office Report.
