The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Rakesh U. Upadhyay, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated the 17.09.2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Patna in MJC No. 443 of 2013 in CWJC No. 8151 of 2012.

It is submitted for information of Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 13.07.2015 filed order dated 27.04.2012 as per his undertaking and the same is included in paperbooks.

It is further submitted for information of Hon'ble Court SLP(C) No. 15006 of 2015 etc. arising out of similar issue in which Hon'ble Court has on 15.06.2015 directed notice is pending before the Hon'ble Court(copy enclosed).

It is lastly submitted that contempt petition no. 297 of 2007 in SLP(C) 2288288 of 2004 referred to at Annexure P1 and P2 was disposed of by Hon'ble Court on 13.10.2011 (The copy of the same is placed at Page No. 27 to 61 of paperbooks).
