UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No. 3087/2020

Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2, 8, 15, 17, 21 and 23 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Service of notice is complete on other respondents.

Four weeks time is granted to appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit, if not already filed.

After expiry of the said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

C.A. Nos. 4034 and 4038/2020

Name of Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 and 9 to 24 have been deleted.

Two weeks time, is granted to appellant, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars to issue notice to respondent No.1, who is unserved.

Despite service of notice on respondent No. 2, there is no appearance.

Respondent No. 3 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent No.8

to file the counter affidavit. List again on 18.10.2023.

C.A. Nos. 75 and 76/2021

Two weeks time, as last chance is granted to appellant, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos.1, 2, 5, 9, 17, 23, 24, 32, 42, 62, 63, 84, 85, 92, 94, 95, 104, 105, 115, 127 and 131, who are unserved.

However, Mr. Rucha Pande, Ld. Advocate has appeared for Respondent Nos. 26, 45, 65, 87 and 107 and Ms. Astha Sharma, Ld. Advocate has appeared for Respondent No. 53. They seeks and are granted four weeks time, to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, is granted to appearing respondents, to file counter affidavit, if not already filed.
