O R D E R

• $\mathbf{1}$ This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of the proceedings in HMA Petition No 1991 of 2019 titled as "Jaideep Yadav vs Shikha @ Durga" from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• $\overline{2}$ Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
• $\mathfrak{S}$ Having regard to the interests of justice, we are of the view that an order for the transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer petition and direct that HMA Petition No 1991 of 2019 titled as "Jaideep Yadav vs Shikha @ Durga" be transferred from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

• 5 We request the Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh to facilitate the parties in exploring the possibility of a mediated settlement. The parties shall accordingly appear virtually before the Mediation Centre on the date fixed by the Family Court.
• 6 After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments.
• 7 Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
