Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has vehemently submitted that the Award dated 18.07.2007 of reinstatement came to be confirmed up to this Court. That thereafter, the petitioner was reinstated in the year 2013. Therefore, the petitioner shall be entitled to the wages from the date of reinstatement passed by the Labour Court till actual reinstatement.
