The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.02.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"In view of letter circulated by learned counsel, list the matters after ten weeks."

It is submitted that in view of letter circulated counsel for the petitioners has on 31.03.2017 filed separate rejoinder-affidavit to counter-affidavit of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 27018/2016, 26533/2016 and 28016/2016 and the same have been included in respective SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 35967/2013, Ms. Mridula Ray Bhardwaj, Advocate has on 21.04.2017 filed an application for impleadment to implead the applicant as party petitioner alongwith vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the applicant but the said application is defective for the reason that (i) instead of application for impleadment, application for intervention mentioned on the filing memo and also on index of the application and(ii) at the first page of application old Supreme Court Rules mentioned. However, unregistered application is being circulated herewith as separate volume.

Service is already complete in all SLPs.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
