The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"List the matter with other connected matters,viz., SLP(C) nos.27018 of 2016 and 28018 of 2016."

It is submitted that there are respondent Nos.1, 2(i) to 2(iii), 3(i) to 3(iii) and 4 to 7 in this matter. Counsel appearing for all the respondents have not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 26533 and 27017/2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Exemption from filing O.T. granted. Issue notice. In the meanwhile, status quo, as of today, shall be maintained. Tag with SLP(C) no. 35967 of 2013."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order and after condonation of delay in filing spare copies of SLP vide Order dated 09.12.2016 of Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, show cause notice was issued to all 5 common respondents in these SLPs on 20.12.2016 by registered A.D. Mr.Rajiv Sharma,Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in both the SLPs and counter affidavit are being circulated herewith. M/s. Saharya & Co. Advocate has on 06.01.2017 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 only in SLP(C) No.26533/2016 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per tracking report of India post respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in SLP(C) No. 26533/2016 and respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5 in SLP(C) No. 27018/2016 have been served but no one has entered appearance so far.

SLP(C) Nos.27018/2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Exemption from filing O.T. granted. Issue notice. In the meanwhile, status quo, as of today, shall be maintained. Tag with SLP(C) no. 35967 of 2013."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all 5 respondents on 08.10.2016 by registered A.D. Mr. Rajiv Sharma,Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and counter affidavit is being circulated herewith. M/s. Saharya & Co. Advocate has on 25.11.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per tracking report of India post respondent Nos. 4 & 5 have been served but no one has entered appearance so far.

It may be mentioned that respondents Nos. 1 to 5 (all) are common in SLP(C) Nos. 26533, 27018 and 28018/2016. And respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 7 in SLP(C) No. 35967/2013 and respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) No. 26533, 27018 and 28018/2016 are common.

Service is complete in all SLPs.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
