It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in CM No. 3086/2011 in LA APP. No. 1034 of 2010 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 1330 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 22279-22285/2013 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave accordingly Civil Appeal Nos. 5480-5486/2013 was registered. Copy of order dated 08.07.2013 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of exhibits/ judgment/ order/ notification/ award/ annexure/ GOs letter dated 17.06.2005 and 25.02.1997. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 28.05.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 99 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
