Learned counsel represented that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 will telecast their apology within a week from today clarifying that the reference to Rs.2 Crores in their media report as against a sum of Rs.2 Lacs was a mistake and that they will apologise for the said mistake alleged by the complainant. On behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 also it is stated by the respective counsel that they will forward their apology letter clarifying the above-said position to the petitioner within a week from today. In the light of the said statements made on behalf of the respondents, nothing survives in this special leave petition. The special leave petition is disposed of recording the above undertakings made on behalf of the respondents.
