The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th September, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners states that benefit of Government Order dated 2-7-2005 has been given to some people even after the Scheme was closed.

Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petitions as well as on the Special Leave Petitions to respondent nos. 1 to 4 only.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 28th October, 2014 to common Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 only. AD cards have been entered appearance on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 3 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of said respondents. A period of more than thirty days have already elapsed but neither AD cards nor unserved registered cover has been received back from Respondent no. 4 so far.

Service is incomplete on behalf of Respondent no. 4.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting dasti service on the said unserved respondents with a request to file an affidavit of service. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed the affidavit of service but proof of service has not been filed so far.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
