The matter above-mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 13th November, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Taken on board at the request of the counsel for the parties and perused the Memorandum of Undertaking dated 29.11.2011.

Learned counsel for the parties on either side submitted that all disputes between the parties stand settled in terms of the Memorandum of Undertaking dated 29.11.2011.

The special leave petition is disposed of on the basis of the Memorandum of Undertaking, referred to above."

Subsequently, the Interlocutory Application No. 8 (Application for recalling of Court's order dated 13th November, 2013, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1 st August, 2014 and 5 th September, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

1 st August, 2014:

"The matter is adjourned for two weeks. Additional documents, if any, may be filed in the meantime."

5 th September, 2014:

"List after two weeks, as prayed for."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. C.S.N. Mohan Rao, Advocate has on 8 th May, 2014 filed application for recall of Court's order dated 13th November, 2013, after taking 'No objection' from erstwhile Advocate Mrs. Anjani Aiyagari, Advocate and the said application is registered as Interlocutory Application No. 8.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.S.N. Mohan Rao, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 13th August, 2014 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents. The said application is registered as I.A. No. 9 of 2014 and is already included in paper books.

The aforesaid applications in the matter are listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
