UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1 & 9, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.2-7 to file the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.11, 12 & 13 shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for Signature Not Verified Stituted service in respect of the respondent No.8 and the same $\frac{1}{12000}$ allowed. Registry shall issue proclamation for publication as <pre>per rules/guidelines.</pre>

In respect of respondent No.10, Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the requisites which is barred by time by 29 days. Delay in filing the same is condoned. Registry to issue notice urgently.

As per postal tracking report in respect of respondent No.14, the remarks shows that "deceased". Ld.counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application for deletion of respondent No.14 from the array of parties. If it is so, Registry to verify and list the same before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
