"Ld.counsel for the appellant is granted three weeks time as last chance to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the unserved respondents in all the matters. In the meantime, the served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

List the matter again on 06.09.2016."

Civil Appeal No. 6020 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has not filed affidavit of service alongwith proof of dasti notice on the unserved Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 8 9, 11, 14, 15 and 17 in CA No. 6020 of 2015 so far.

Civil Appeal No. 6073 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has not filed affidavit of service alongwith proof of dasti service on the unserved Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 6, 8 to 13, 15 and 16 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ram Swarup Sharma, Advocate has not filed counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 7 and counsel for the Appellant has not taken fresh steps on the unserved Respondent No. 3. LR 1

Civil Appeal No. 6291 of 2015 and 6292 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has not taken fresh steps on the unserved Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7 to 11, 15 & 16 in CA No. 6291 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, 8 to 15 & 17 in CA No. 6292 of 2015.

The appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report for orders.
