Delay condoned. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having noted the nature of consideration made by the learned Single Judge as also the Division Bench of the High Court of Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2022.09.21 12:31:09 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

Telangana, in approving the Order passed by the controlling authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, we see no reason to interfere with the Order impugned therein.

At this stage, though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents had indulged in certain mis-conducts, in a matter of the present nature, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the petition based only on such submissions but, if it is a fact, it would be open to the petitioner to avail their other remedies in accordance with law.

Petitions are accordingly, disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
