Applications seeking exemption from official translation as well as exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order are allowed.

In the light of the subsequent order of the learned Single Judge dated 18th May, 2015, passed

ITEM NO.35 COURT NO.6 SECTION XV

in S.B.C.W.P. No. 2581 of 2015 by which the learned Judge has directed to place a copy of the judgment as well as a copy of the impugned order dated 26th February, 2015 in S.B.C.R.P. No. 26 of 2015 to be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for necessary consideration for referring the issues involved in these petitions to the Division Bench, if deemed fit, this impugned order also has to be linked along with those batch of matters.

For that purpose, we issue notice returnable in four weeks.
