UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1 Mr Puneet Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that though the appeal filed by the petitioners was allowed by the High Court, the directions which have been issued in paragraph 29 (i) to (vi) effectively oust the petitioners from the management of the temple, though no such relief was claimed nor was an issue framed in that regard.

2 Issue notice, returnable in twelve weeks.

3 Counter affidavit, if any, shall be filed within a period of four weeks from the date of service.

4 Pending further orders, directions (i) to (vi) contained in paragraph 29 of the impugned judgment and order of the Single Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh dated 13 May 2022 in First Appeal No 39 of 1987 shall remain stayed.
