UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The respondent Nos.1 to 19, 28 & 29 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.30-33 & 35 has already filed the vakalatnama which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents.

List the matter again on 11.01.2016.
