It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are forty respondents in the instant matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 19, 28, 29 and 33 are represented by Mr. Udai B. Dube, Advocate, Respondent Nos. 20, 23, 25 and 27 are represented by Mr. Ambar Qamaruddin, Advocate and Respondent Nos. 36 to 40 are represented by Mr. Ravindra Keshavrao Adsure, Advocate.

It is further submitted that for completion of service on respondent Nos. 21, 22, 24, 26, 30 to 32, 34 and 35, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on various dates and lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 01st August, 2016 when the following order was passed:

"Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent Nos.21, 22, 24, 26, 30-32, 34 & 35 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is further submitted that Mr. Rajiv Shankar Dvivedi, Advocate for the petitioner has on 11.08.2016 filed spare copies for issuing fresh notice to the unserved respondent Nos. 21, 22, 24, 26, 30 to 32 , 34 and 35 after the expiry of the time granted by the Ld. Registrar Court.

The office report for directions in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
