Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No.2 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of Chandigarh.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No.2 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for deletion of respondent Nos. 4 to 24 from the array of the parties which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application
