UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to file additional affidavits to place on record the details and documents about the pay-scales of the regularly appointed employees.
After having perused the Contempt Petitions, we find that these basic material particulars are not mentioned in the petitions. Therefore, only by way of indulgence, we grant time of four weeks to the petitioners to file additional affidavits along with the documents.
Time of three weeks will be available thereafter to the respondents/alleged contemnors to respond to the additional affidavits.
List the Contempt Petitions on 24th January, 2024.
