Learned senior counsel and learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this group of matters may be heard after judgment is delivered by a seven Judge Bench in Civil Appeal No. 7508 of 2005 and other connected matters which were referred to a Bench consisting of seven Judges vide order dated January 17, 2012.

We, accordingly, direct that this group of matters be listed after judgment is delivered by seven Judge Bench in Civil Appeal No. 7508 of 2005 and other connected matters. 3
