Heard Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we request the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh to dispose of Writ Petition No.29722 of 2017 titled Unitech Ltd. & Ors. v. TSIIC & Anr. within six weeks hence.
We have made such a request as it is submitted by Mr. Rohatgi that the whole thing pertains to satisfaction of an award which has attained finality.
