The matters above mentioned alongwith connected matters at the SLP stage were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.08.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Leave Granted. There shall be stay of the operation of the common judgment and order dated 2nd June, 2016, passed by the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, in C.W.P. No. 20055 of 2015, C.W.P. No. 24879 of 2015 (O&M) & C.W.P. No. 20801 of 2015 (O&M). Issue notice on the application for stay, returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, notices were issued on the applications for stay to the respondents on 21.09.2016. Service of notice is incomplete.

It is further submitted that Mr. Y. P. Dhingra, Advocate has on 20.09.2016 filed applications for seeking impleadment and for modification of Court's order dated 22.08.2016 in C.A. Nos. 8809-8811/2016 & 8805/2016 (Registered as I.A. Nos. 1-3, 4-6 and 2 & 3 of 2016 respectively). He has also filed application for clarification of Court's order dated 22.08.2016 in C.A. No. 8819/2016 (Registered as I.A. No. 2 of 2016). The said applications in the appeal above

mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 26.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Post I.A. No..... of 2016 (Application for modification/impleadment) and all pending applications on Friday i.e., 30.09.2016 before an appropriate Bench."

The applications in the appeals above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
