It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate on 09.08.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 02.06.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in WP(C) 20055 of 2015, WP(C) 20801 of 2015 and WP(C) 24879 of 2015.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 23527 of 2016 Entitled I.K. Gujral Formerly Known As Punjab Technical University Through Its ViceChancellor & Anr. Versus Punjab Technical University NonTeaching Employees Association, Jalandhar & Ors. as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of letter dated 08.07.2015, 10.09.2015 and circular dated 15.09.2015. In this regard, counsel has given a letter (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.189) stating therein that the same are not necessary and has undertaken to produce the same at the time of hearing, if required by

the Hon'ble Court and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
