The respondent Nos.1-4 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.5 within four weeks. SLP(C) No. 32038/2015

The respondent Nos. 5-8 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.4, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent Nos.1-3 within four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of Telangana.

List the matter again on 16.09.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. K.R. Sasiprabhu, Advocate has on 9 th August, 2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 5 but has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that there are 5 Respondents in the matter. Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 4 and has only on 15th September, 2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of said Respondents.

Service is Complete.

SLP(C) No. 32038 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 9 th August, 2016 filed proof of service on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 (State of Telagnana).

It is further submitted that Mr. S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, Advocate has on 9 th August, 2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is also submitted that there are 8 Respondents in the matter. Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 and has only on 15th September, 2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of said Respondents.

Service is complete.
