on 8th February, 2016, when the following order was passed :

"Four weeks time is given to the respondent Nos. 5 to 8 to file the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of four weeks. List again on 30.3.2016."

Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued on 8 th March, 2016 to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. There are 8 Respondents in the matter. Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 but has not filed counter-affidavit so far. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD card nor unserved registered covers have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far. However, AD card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 4 of earlier notice issued.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
