It is submitted that there are 8 Respondents in the matter. Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD card nor unserved registered covers have been received back from remaining Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
