UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Clause (b) of Rule 38C of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959 causes lot of practical difficulties for the petitioners in the matter of transportation of river sand especially to get the slips authenticated by the Deputy Tehsildar.

Learned senior counsel has also referred to interim order passed by the High Court dated 1.2.2012, which according to the counsel would be an equitable arrangement minimizing the difficulties of the parties.

Only to examine this issue, notice be given to the Standing Counsel who appears for the State of Tamil Nadu. List after three weeks.
