been granted. Further opportunity is declined.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to file four more sets of spare copies within two weeks' time. Notice be issued accordingly.

List again on 16.2.2017."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copy of the Special Leave Petition for effecting service on sole respondent. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of Show cause notice is incomplete on sole respondent.

SLP(C) No. 16617 of 2016

It is submitted that pursuant to the above quoted order, Mr. T. Harish Kumar, Advocate for sole respondent has not filed Counter Affidavit so far and opportunity to file the same has already been declined.

Service of Show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) No. 16616 of 2016

It is submitted that in view of above quoted order, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed four more sets of spare copies so far. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of Show cause notice is incomplete.
