The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 18th August, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"Service of respondent Nos.14, 53 and 62 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Service of respondent No.21 is still awaited.

Application for substituting the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.11 alongwith the condonation of delay is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Registry to report the status of the remaining respondents as well. List again on 26.10.2015."

It is submitted that there are sixty three respondents. Respondent Nos. 1, 10, 12, 25 to 37, 43 to 45, 49, 52, 54 to 56, 60 and 63 are represented by Mr. Shakun Sharma, Advocate and he has filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 5 and 23 are represented by Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra, Advocate, but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent No. 38 is represented by Mr. L. K. Pandey, Advocate, but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly singed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 6 to 9, 13 to 16, 19, 22, 24, 39, 40-42, 46-48, 50, 51, 53, 57-59, 61 and 62, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 17, 18, 20 and 21 so far. ...2/-

It is further submitted that in terms of the order quoted above, in the application for substitution for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 11, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application, applcation for setting aside abatement and exemption from filing offical translation and the same has already been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2-4 has already been updated in Chamber Pool.

Service is incomplete on Respondent No. 21.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
