The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 24th March, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"The Process to issue notice to the remaining unserved respondents has already been filed. Petitioner has already taken steps by filing spare copies of the petitions as well.Registry to issue notice. List again on 2.7.2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondents on 10th April, 2015. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 14, 53 and 62 has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither AD card nor unserved covers containing show cause notice has been received back from Respondent No. 21.

It is further submitted that in terms of the order quoted above, in the application for substitution for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 11, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application, applcation for setting aside abatement and exemption from filing offical translation and the same has already been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2-4 has been updated in Chamber Pool.

Service is incomplete on Respondent No. 21. Dated this, the 30th day of June, 2015.
