The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 3rd February, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"Service is complete on respondent Nos.9 and 16 but no one has put in appearance. Service of respondent Nos.14, 21, 53 and 62 is still not complete. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is required to take fresh steps to serve these respondents. List again on 24.3.2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, service is complete in respondent Nos. 9 & 16 but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies and show cause notice yet to be issued to respondent Nos. 14, 21, 53 and 62

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
