The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 28th November, 2014, when the following order was passed:-

"Application for substitution filed for bringing on record the legal representation of the deceased respondent No.11 be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Await service of notice on respondent Nos.9, 14, 16, 21, 53 and 62. List again on 3.2.2015."

It is submitted that in terms of the order quoted above, in the application for substitution for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 11, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application, applcation for setting aside abatement and exemption from filing offical translation and the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2-4 has been updated in Chamber Pool.

It is further submitted that A.D. cards duly signed have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 9 & 16.

Service of notice is incomplete in respect of respondent Nos. 14, 21, 53 and 62.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
