UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Shri Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel states that the petitioner has already served notices of the S.L.P. on the learned counsel appearing for all the respondents, except Union of India.

He is now directed to serve even the Union of India through the Central Agency. Since the respondents are served, further directing the petitioners to pay the process fee to served respondents would not arise.

Petitioners are directed to file rejoinder affidavit, if any, in a

week's time finally.
