" The unserved cover containing the notices have been received from the Lr. Nos.1(i) and 1(ii) with postal remarks "vernacular language" Registry to get it translated and report on the next date of hearing.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent No.1(iii).

List the matter again on 07.09.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to the orders of Ld. Registrar Court the unserved covers have got translated and the remarks are as under :

1. Lr. No. 1(i) – According to the statement of the residents of the house, the addressee does not stay at this address, as such returned.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner

has not filed proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1(i) to 1(iii) so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Lr. Nos. 1(i) to 1(iii).

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
