The matters abovementioned with office report dated 24,02.2015 were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 08.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"In all the matters, numbered above, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to the served through the concerned District Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners within the period provided above. The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. List again on 27.08.2015."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not taken any fresh steps and not filed the spare copy of SLP to served the notice to unserved respondents. Hence show cause notice could not be issued to respondent No.2 in SLP No. 27965/2014 and Sole respondent in SLP Nos. 27966, 27967, 31560 & 31561/2014.
Service is not complete in SLP {C} Nos. 27965, 27966 and 27967, 31560 & 31561/2014 so far.
The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
